Sonterra West Condo I & II Association Homeowners,
We know a lot of residents have had concerns about parking in the Sonterra Condo associations. The board has been working diligently on a remedy for this issue. Effective immediately a new tow truck company will be patrolling both associations, new signs are going up and towing will be strictly enforced. As a reminder to all homeowners, the CCR’s are available on the websites listed below. We strongly recommend you read through and familiarize yourself with them.

Please see below for a quick refresher on the CCR’s parking rules:
-parking in the street is NOT permitted
-parking in yards is NOT permitted
-visitor/overflow parking is 24 hours ONLY
-inoperable/abandoned vehicles are NOT permitted
-there will be NO variances given
The above violations are towable offenses. If you need to report a parking concern you will need to email admin@louieone.com, the towing company will only respond to the COA or people wishing to retrieve their vehicle.
This only applies to homes located in Sonterra West I & 2 Condo Associations.

Sabemos que muchos residentes han tenido inquietudes sobre el estacionamiento en las asociaciones de condominios de Sonterra. La junta ha estado trabajando diligentemente para solucionar este problema. Con efecto inmediato, una nueva compañía de grúas patrullará ambas asociaciones, se colocarán nuevas señales y se aplicará estrictamente el servicio de remolque. Como recordatorio para todos los propietarios de viviendas, los CCR están disponibles en los sitios web que se enumeran a continuación. Le recomendamos encarecidamente que los lea detenidamente y se familiarice con ellos.

-NO se permite estacionar en la calle.

Las infracciones anteriores son infracciones remolcables. Si necesita informar un problema de estacionamiento, deberá enviar un correo electrónico a admin@louieone.com; la compañía de remolque solo responderá al COA o a las personas que deseen recuperar su vehículo.
Esto solo se aplica a viviendas ubicadas en Sonterra West I y 2 Condo Associations.
